Keith Murphy is the Owner/Head Instructor of Flow Martial Arts - Jackson, NJ. He has been training in Martial Arts for over 26 years and is currently a 5th Degree Black Belt.

Master Keith's passion is teaching Martial Arts and his students start as early as 4 years young.

Master Keith is also an active Instructor for Women's

Self Defense and Bully Defense Programs.

 

He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration in 2012 from Kean University.

He is a 2008 Graduate of Jackson Memorial High School and was a recipient of the New Jersey Stars Scholarship, an award which he (and his Mom!) appreciated very much! He attended H.C. Johnson Elementary School from 1995 – 2000 and C.W. Goetz Middle School from 2000 – 2004.

Master Keith's Hobbies include Fitness and is an active participant in Spartan/OCR Races!
